Workshop "Day of Norwegian cuisine"

The cooks from school canteens across the Czech Republic have learned how to improve the school menu with traditional Nordic dishes. All this within the project "Day of Norwegian cuisine in a Czech school canteens". The aim of the event was to introduce the culinary teams Norwegian dishes and broaden their horizons in the world of gastronomy. Participants tried under the professional guidance of top chefs preparing a Norwegian menu. The event was organized by the Association of school canteens Czech Republic and under the auspices of the Royal Norwegian Embassy.
